Now there is the news article you just posted saying the future projects will fill the void for lack of energy with Shala mentioned.

Word on the street is that the Final Contract was signed in March, and now the Energy minister is making references to support that.

Everyone can make there own conclusions, sometimes it takes a while to understand the process and the words make more sense a time goes on.
