Also, the little plan to "sell everything while still buying up large blocks before the best bid" is still in effect. If being done by same entity they are staging a takeover of the commons, with the CEO's recent share balances I would assume it is him through his investment arm as no one else is really going to challenge him and/or the Series A capabilities. Anyways I think we might see those Series A go away soon if this all works out. With majority share and most of the free trading shares tied up CEO should feel confident in not needing to have the Series A shares anymore.
