I wanted to point this out:
Notice how little the volume is.... but.... when a buy or sell occurs the price jumps up or down in gaps of .0002?
The float is locked. The coil is as tight as it can get. The bad guys had to throw a 1000 up (don't let it run) to keep the PPS from moving up. Big news and the bad guys can't stop it. They know it too. We will win!!!
