Lots of risk statements, which I expected.
The biggest forward looking news was the predicted user count of 20million users in a few years at $45/user.
The most interesting news was the stock value range of 0.0008 -> 0.0028 based on the investment they are getting of $16 million.
The only thing missing for me, and I didn't expect this in the REG A+ was some contract information proving revenue.
