My opinion (Speculation at best) is the market isn't driving down the price, MM's are. If you notice when the Shareholder Update and IBR news came out the PPS tried to rise just prior (Market Driven) and was capped by the MM's @ 0039. At that point the news came out, MM's drove price down and VOLUME increased significantly around 0035(I believe they are filling orders at pre determined entry points for their investors).
Currently they are pressing the PPS down to cover their sales and reload their position from the soft hands (which is why volume is so low- not many are giving up their shares) so they have positions to fill additional orders when June financials come around. (or when they are sufficiently loaded they may let the price float up).
I believe $HEXA will bring the share reduction concurrent with PR news, and a roll out of a HUGE marketing campaign (social media/news/ads) which will all bring volume and cumulatively drive this thing up.
Remaining in the 003's is still a 5 month upward trajectory of the PPS.
I'm patiently watching, continuously learning, and still adding where I can.
Perspective has to be pro active but remain non partisan neutral when mulling through the data. No company is perfect, and if it were easy everyone would be doing it. Unfortunately there are rumors abound some positive but mostly negative that I hope most investors are savvy enough to see through.
Still looks REALLY good to me.
