I think probably the only good things that came out of the SED debacle is it helped squeeze the convertible noteholders into agreeing to the current Tender Exchange agreement and the involvement of Mr. Steven Spence. I think perhaps only long time investors understand the great turn around from the brink of total collapse. I plan on adding to my current holdings.
