RICHMOND, British Columbia (AP) _ Neovasc Inc. (NVCN) on Thursday reported a loss of $55.9 million in its first quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Richmond, British Columbia-based company said it had a loss of 38 cents. Losses, adjusted for amortization costs and non-recurring costs, came to 11 cents per share.
The medical device company posted revenue of $339,900 in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $340,000.
The company's shares closed at 5 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $1.65.
