Question for you more experienced penny stock investors... Can this get so low it doesn't recover ever? Like worst case we don't get news in time and this goes back down to .0002. I would think that if it does get that low again it would still rise to an all time high because of it being a real company and having real contracts and all that stuff. Is that correct?
