In my opinion, the drift is from retail. There are a lot of people that think they can time the market. If Oceanside was dumping you would know it. Selling 30K at open what happened this morning isn't Oceanside. Heck, Rory could do a deal with Oceanside to get out with one of the people he's talking to this week if they wanted out.
It's tempting to be a trader but all the time they invest into doing that would be better spent finding the one. I've talked to a lot of frustrated traders over the years and most would be happy to break even after they've gone through.
The NYC and Philly meetings should knock out a lot of the traders and swings.
Everyone should do their own DD. I will help.
