Yeah, aside from blaming any plain old note conversions, the simplest scenario appears to be that the price is being held down so that "someone" can accumulate at this level before it runs. I say that not only because of VFIN being so hardheaded but also because of the large volume we are seeing picked up while down here.

I think our 41million share bidder from the other day maybe realized that he will not get filled for any of those 41million shares if he bids for them all at once. I wouldn't be surprised if that EOD slapping and 8million bidding at .0032 was also our 41million share bidder from the other day.

All in all, it appears they are trying to grab as much as they can without pushing the price up.
