It's certainly a positive development that they're planning as it's probably indicative of a coming deal. As we saw it took 8,000,000 shares (and a 30% decline in the stock price) to raise $2,000,000 so we're certainly not going it alone. Add it all up and we're probably getting some kind of deal.
