From 10Q, company is exploring new facilities for corporate Headquarters. Over the next year company plans on increasing all areas of administration to include employees and facilities. Sounds to me like they have plans for major expansion and, this taken in conjunction with current cash crunch, points pretty positively for a near term deal with substantial upfront payments.
