Can-alice101 overrule PTABs, post SCOTUS ruling?
Since the ruling by the SCOTUS confirming the constitutionality of PTABS to validate patents, can any future Infringer take SFOR to court to challenge SFORs patents, even though SFORs patent has been recently validated by the PTABs? Again in the light of the Supreme Court of the United States ruling.
If they cannot , then I would imagine the Appeals courts decision is already made.
