Judge Kronstat already had Ailce101 overturned
Kronstat is a rogue Judge who doesn't follow the legal guidelines for judging Alice 101 cases.
Appeal Judges already overturned one of his decision already and by doing so embarrassing him publicly,overturning his decision is figuratively slapping him in the face publicly, telling the world his judgement, his decisions were pathetic! Why? because he did not follow the legal guidance in making his decision.
When appeal judges overturn Kronstat again, they will want to make an impression he can understand.
The lead appeal Judge is going to politely , in a kind tone, ask Judge Kronstat to approach the bench and then gesture for him to lean his head so he can whisper in his ear ...then WHAM!
Kronstat's decision being overturned has already been posted on this board. So if you are looking for a link research it or someone else can report it.
