StrikeForce was granted two additional weeks to answer all assertions made by SA's law firm's response brief. This has given the panel of Judges in this case plenty of time to review SA's brief as well as Ropes and Gray's appeal brief and so one could say that this gives the judges plenty of time to digest these brief before Ropes and Gray's rebuttal gets there and destroys the SA's brief. Please take the time needed to read both of the submitted briefs so that you are an informed investor, if indeed you are a share holder.
