I think the specificity isn't that necessary in that the DD can be done to see that he is referring to Humanity. Humanity is one of only 3 San Diego companies that were allowed to hit the ground running on Jan 1st:

Some cannabis supply chain businesses may be forced to shut down or relocate if they fail to obtain one of the 40 permits from the city before the two-year grace period expires."
