factually false as always .. and it's not like this hasn't been noted numerous x previously .. here and there
any other OTC with NR firmly embedded in their cycles of money would have taken PTOI *UP* after CEO's Multiple Millions were infused on 9.30.13 .. instead
PTOI was compressed from 35c to 10c in 3 months
that is a classic NR UPSIDE DOWN cycle in play
now whether RH understands OTC stock manipulation .. only he knows for sure
as angst provoking as it *appears* for some who CONtinually hand wring .. P2O remains an OTC Survivor as of today .. and CONtrary to the bogus bs posted by some .. as many of actually *grasp* .. this sector is in its ascension .. and it is global in scope
