Actually, I'm not. Retail sales aren't even a goal here. Other deals haven't yet materialized and we can see by the share price action yesterday how that reality was underscored.

The upward price movement of the past couple of weeks was driven by the feeling that news of completed deals was imminent. It's apparently not so there was a mini sell off yesterday.

The lawsuits will be resolved, the company will be sold right away, we'll all make money and the new owners will do the $$$ thing. Plus, we'll get shares in the new Blocksafe company.

Long term holders shouldn't be concerned by these mini-gyrations.
