I sent one earlier today and I got no response...usually I get one in a couple hours. I don't like that they don't respond but I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

Also, these prices are unbelievable. I always think I will never have time to purchase my shares because I think it will move up before I can get my hands on any. I bought shares for my dad and he suggested that I put it a penny when it was sitting at 2 cents. I said it will not get that low and you are better to just buy them before it moves up.
