Not sure what it might be! Also not sure why you stated that you read the excerpt that ZPaul pointed out, which explained the reason for the delay, and yet indicated your point "was and is", why the need for an extra two weeks. If you read it and listened/read ZPaul's response I don't understand why you're still (was and is) confused about the need for an extra two weeks!
