Good point Gator! If the new legal team wanted to exercise their expertise in litigation settlement, and licensing, the added two weeks could also be used in conjunction with those skills! If not, I'm sure that as Cyber C aptly mentioned, R&G are ready to get the ruling reversed, establishing another precedence to go along with the SCOTUS ruling, and other rulings which went against the Alice35/101 issue! That would pretty much lockdown favorable decisions on future cases, and perhaps lead to pretrial settlements in future cases! All IMHO!
