so in a nutshell .. from *reporting* on 2.15.18 .. pre 2.22.18's *52 week low reset* for the first time since 5.10.17 to today's *data* .. NR has managed to lower a *reported* legal short of 1147767 to 1113653 .. a difference of 34,114 *shares*
reminder of what IPIX's PPS was on 2.15.18 and today (5.9.18)
