How soon they forget!!! They forget the 100% win of the IPR, coupled with the US Supreme Court Win backing up the USPTO with the constitutional right to declare the a patent valid. They will be the losers when the US Circuit Court of Appeals reverses the bad and incorrect decision of the lower court. This stock will go ballistic !!!
