Agree with your post except the CIA part. I'd be ok with the CIA - and, any other alphabet team - doing anything to protect America. After 9/11, I'd have been OK with tracking down any and every person that the hijackers knew and/or loved . Before some say that would make us as bad as "them", I say, Never bring a knife to a gun fight. These people are animals and deserve to be treated as such.
