Not that you are worth answering for the most part, but if someone reads this board who's new I don't want them thinking your statement below is correct.
GTC orders do show up on the ask/bid. It's all or none orders that are invisible, because they can be skipped if the share requirements isn't met in the transaction.
The reason the ask went down is that some old GTC orders just timed out, and the seller hasn't submitted a replacement.
