I saw/heard that, but what effect waiting for the SEC might have on the Blocksafe ICO launch time wasn't explained.
I'm looking for further clarification.
There's a lot of talk about the upcoming/immediate Blocksafe ICO on this board, but if we're waiting for new SEC regulations, that looks like a big hurdle/delay, -as SEC actions often can take a long time.
