lol. I would guess we are seeing the start to a shift in MYDX.
If Daniel gives up some of those voting shares as part of the deal then this could be very interesting. He now has control through ownership of commons so the need for those Series A shares is diminishing. Technically that does put a drag on the overall value of common shares since they never could make a difference in a vote.
