Has anyone asked Mr. Kay about (or know anything about) the proposed SEC rules/regulation of blockchain companies and how that might affect the timing of the offering of the Blocksafe Pre-ICO or ICO?

I noticed another small company I'm following was holding off on developing blockchain technology until they find out what the SEC is doing.
