That was Berman's take on the DE tax situation. If it was so easy as he said it was, don't you think it would have been quickly taken care of.
He announced the problem to us on 1/31/18 but he also disclosed that he knew of the tax problem as early as late November 2017
So here we are six months after SB knew of the problem and he still can't get it fixed. This is the reality, not my opinion.
