I didn't really follow half of that... but I agree DON'T SELL YOUR SHARES!
This is just them trying to get as much of the pie as they can, they aren't trying to destroy the company they are trying to get as much of the winnings as they can! It is following the same pattern as many of the big winnings we always look at and say "I wish I would have been invested there"!
