just me but i wouldn't expect an AGM to be filed until there is an event worth noting .. either the sale of the blending site and/or NF .. or first round of monies' exchanged between buyer and seller .. as previously noted .. next up out of P2O is the Q due this month .. which will be telling if filed on time or not *imo*
