It is LIBEL to accuse the management of a company of "knowing" about bad results and withholding them. That would be a violation of Federal law and would lay them open to criminal and civil penalties.

Therefore, accusing people of these actions is accusing them of criminal behavior.

This is indeed libel and I would not be surprised one bit if at some point in the future, some of the most egregious bashers were to discover that they are being sued for these statements.
