but, obviously, he now wanted these shares in a sell-able shape e.g. common shares
Cash "equivalent" under his name/resp in a trust seems to be needed soon....but wouldn't he for bonuses to advisors/acquisition etc. just issue some common shares.
its strange...I anticipate a PR on this (otherwise it would appear fishy)
