I agree Daniel had no reason to do this now unless he has a REASON. Since he cancelled the reverse split it would make no sense that he would just dump the shares on the market, he could have done a reverse split and the shares he has would have a lot higher pps now. Hoping for great news on this, I just don't see him selling the company out on a acquisition, this has been his baby for 5 years from ground up- but I have been wrong before(maybe once I think - lol).
