Not a lawyer, but seems very amusing they are challenging the Patent on grounds it’s common knowledge AFTER patents were ruled valid by PTAB and AFTER Supreme Court said PTAB has the authority to determine validity and patentability. So if Patents are valid as has been ruled several times, what are they trying to accomplish as doesn’t appear they are disputing OUR process rather once again disputing Patents should exist to begin with. It’s like a kid asking same question multiple times hoping to get a different answer. Seems like a waste of courts time so hope we make them pay dearly.
