The one thing that I keep thinking of and ask myself how SA even has a case is when you think back to the IPR that was denied because the Patent board did not feel they had a leg to stand on and to me that means the patents are rock solid. So, all that crap SA just put in their appeal is just stupidity. I understand they had to give it a shot, but am I wrong?
