And IMO it is clear that DECN does not have a critical mass of investors. They have stock traders stuck in the stock at its current level, and entitled stock flips who because of their entitlement believe they were duped.

Would any larger investor base dip their toes in this scenario?

If DECN became SEC reporting again and then possibly an uplist, maybe.

If a buyout is in the cards then SEC reporting and or an uplist would be moot.
