He could be asking if we are ready for group sex since a lot of people here have been getting phucked on a daily/weekly basis. I think we were ready 5 times ago and 4 times ago and 3 times ago and now we are just ready for a good yawn. Maybe Katano is just an overly optimistic guy, too.
