Request for Voluntary Suspension
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Queensland Bauxite Limited requests a voluntary suspension of its securities effective immediately.
The suspension is requested until finalization of the release to the market of a material announcement regarding a significant and strategic acquisition deal being finalized by QBL’s subsidiary Medical Cannabis Limited which is expect to be finalized with the ASX today or prior to trading Monday 7th May 2018.
QBL is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be suspended.
