Latham and Watkins primary focus is on MA and creating fair and working agreements between Channel partners. Should not be a surprise at all as to why SA needs one of the top law firms to structure out such an agreement. Also, in regards to the update on SA court, doc: if any consequential news was released after market hours involving a publicly traded company that would likely influence stock price it would be released during market hours so everyone has a fair chance to utilize the information.
