There is no way to hold any rally in stock price when the funding off Aspire countereffects good news. There is MM manipulation as well sitting here on OTC w/o institution(s) support.

I hope the company can bypass Aspire with a deal soon and/or tap them infrequently.
We need stronger financial backing on more favorable terms to justify continued trials
to improve shareholder returns and company value.
