Those who re-post communications from other parties need to do so ONLY with that party's permission.
Reputable people who re-post emails check with that party FIRST so see if such permission is granted. Claiming that anyone has given blanket approval must be proven before it is believed.
However, there's an exception to that. When someone sends you a harassing PM bragging about their multiple identities, by all means feel free to post it.
