Flippers have been doing this same thing for months...they've been dong it in the 003 - 0039 channel for the past 2 trading weeks. Support @ 003...Blocking @ 0039...they make their $$$ & the MMs gladly go along because they make their $$$ on the volume. Until the market sees a reason they like to bust thru the 0039s...it'll probably continue rinsing & repeating here. IMO...that reason will be the FINRA name change acceptance & the 1.4B/1.0B share reduction of the O/S & A/S, respectively. Thought the SH letter/IB report would bust us thru, but unfortunately, the market didn't share that sentiment...when the above happens, I believe they will.

BTW...you can count me as one of the "so called longs"...
