if it went off at the 38c ask .. or the 38c bid
NR (non retail) just pulled a classic NR move by having trades done
@ UC ask (38c) .. that would then become the relo/d bid (38c) .. and then swapped yet again (at ask) and so it goes
lost track of how many times today 52 week low on IPIX was reset on *volume*
reminder
for those not familiar with the way NR works .. when UPSIDE DOWN on an
OTC SURVIVOR .. NR has few options .. so the easiest way to part shares *usually* is to have a relentless PPS compression .. done to muck with retails' emotions which then get enhanced via various SMBs .. seeded with embeds (PRO/CON)
everyone paying attn to what transpired over the last week on IPIX
would have known *pattern* would be changed out *shortly* .. based on 2 facts
10 day and 90 vol avgs @ 211k .. and the t trade done pre mkt for 12000
imo a % signal for desired *volume* (imo 900k to 1.2M if able to be done) and imo for whichever market manipulator reports in the PRIMARY/SECONDARY spot to Finra for May 2018 .. data which doesn't convey to retail for another 4 to 5 weeks .. ensuring that most retail will have forgetten what transpired today
NR is sending a very loud signal in this round of BRUTALIZING Innovation's shareholders (and by default mgmt)
at a guess today's *efforts* have been put in place due to what mgmt noted/filed in April and NRs' singularly lack of success in parting investors from their shares
since then ..
almost everyone is upside down .. re: the CB .. another goal of NRs
it's always telling to see when *patterns* change out (how long it takes to set up)
i've pointed out for weeks now how they do this .. the why should be obvious to every investor .. the goal is to demoralize (force sells) .. and quite possibly imo force mgmt's hand in advance of optimum time frames mgmt would require
and the reason why this data threatens NR and the crews working various SMBs
is because if everyone understand the *oft mocked patterns* being played out by NR against retail .. retail wouldn't have their emotions' manipulated as easily as they do when NR is compressing X PPS from 2.50 to 1.50 and then 1.50 to .50 and so it goes
another classic signal for knowing when NR is UPSIDE DOWN .. is when retail buys
@ X pps and that *buy* is in the red @ settlement
it took NR about 9 months to break May 2017's 52 week low (Feb 22 2018)
anyone following those efforts (just over 2 months) .. has lost track of the number of 52 week low *resets* since then (but especially since March 2018)
half of 63c is .315c (which means the next round's *range* NR *works* is 30c to 39c)
they have been able to do less and less on what i refer to as controlled take ups
because they are this close (visualize an inch) to triggering reg sho .. because
they can't get sells .. which is why *Volume* matters .. when it's decreasing it means NR is FAILING to part actual investors from their shares .. hence *today's efforts*
NR are going for not just that price point .. but imo (if able) 25c and then 10c because of those colluding entities (brokerage firms) who won't allow buys .. only sells when X pps of X company's stock falls below that price point
the whole system is rigged against retail .. especially on the very fungible OTC
which is why it always helps to know what was done and when it was done
and i always come back to the basic ? .. is Innovation Pharma's platform .. stronger today than 2015 .. or not .. if the answer is yes .. it confirms the illegal stock manipulation culminating in the *efforts* of late 2014 .. and why NRs' efforts of 2015 came into play .. which brings us to today
