Great information coyote and I agree it's very likely ICBC is testing ONCI's bSafeMobile... as I posted here a while back I spoke with Mr. Mark Milner of ICBC around the time SB tweeted (late Nov.) and Milner responded well to my mention of Cogosense... in any case end of the pilot is just around the corner and we'll find out soon enough.
