Not sure how peeps can say Mark was confused about lawsuits. Might be because they listen to what’s posted here as far as timing and think it’s all spot on. Mark has alwYs said the appeal process will wrap up towards end of year. We had 2 IPR’s filed and won them both 100%. IPR’s need to be filed in initial stages of litigation. That interview was awesome and I for one am extremely excited. SFOR should be a keeper for years to come. If BS actually comes out as a security I will be all in there to. Exciting times before us people!
