Trump is despicable, IMO, but not near as low as Hillay or Bill. And what is left out of the media and here on the message board is that Trump owes the NWO bankers big time. In 1992 they bailed out in debt of one billion dollars. So, he is now repaying them as a puppet who will help them destroy conservatism, even though Trump is not one. You yourself says he has not accomplished much, and of course since he has been a Democrat, he is doing their work.
The tax cut was necessary even if Hillary had won. With inflation being higher than reported to keep interest rates artificially low, and Obamacare turning many full time jobs with benefits into part time jobs, it is now a problem. The rich are going to pay more now, but maybe not as much as under a compatible bill by Hillary.
