So once again they just can't help but reveal themselves. Content, use of language, and spelling are always very revealing.
Defending the SEC's record of refusal to act even when fraud is proven --
gee, I wonder why someone would want to defend that? people defend the indefensible when they are worried that it might personally affect them.
It's going to be interesting if the SEC decides to go after Theranos with more than a mild wrist-slap -- which is all Theranos has gotten so far -- now that it's been revealed that some very rich people like the Walton family and Betsy DeVos lost money on their provable criminal FRAUD.
SEC so far is allowing the Theranos CEO, who has been implicated by the testimony of several upper management people and scientists as being the one who ordered the fraud, to continue as CEO with no criminal penalties. I wonder if that will change now?
