If they did a reverse rmhb would wait until after at least the industrial farm bill to pass or the lawsuit to conclude maybe both. They could catch the bubble and boost to get on nyse if they time it correctly. If the quote went up to .33 it would be hard not to sell.
I would hope it would boost the buy and go up to .50 or 1.00
