Berman's part in an Investor Fraud Class Action against his tenure at Access Healthnet (albeit a $7.5M settlement not admitting wrong doing 23 years ago) and his leadership here of a non-profit producing entity for years AS WELL AS a over 90% DROP in SP is his only legacy so far and claim to "experience".

YOUR consulting and friendship to Berman does not seem to have produced any meaningful and measurable results.
